Lisa Feng

Lisa Feng has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc., the principal operating subsidiary of the Company, since November 2019. Prior to this role, Ms. Feng served as ACM's Chief Accounting Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2018, and previously served as Financial Controller from October 2017 to January 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate financing and managerial accounting. She holds a BA from Southern Connecticut State University and an MS in accounting from Golden Gate University.
