Prior to joining Kornit in 2022, Lauri, as SVP Community Ag, led Netafim's strategic initiative for the smallholders segment, after 8 years as Netafim's CFO responsible for global financial and IT activities. Prior to joining Netafim in 2013, Lauri served as EVP and CFO of the Tnuva Group, CEO of the GKH law firm, SVP and CFO of Lumenis, CVP and CFO of Nice Systems, Executive VP and CFO of Sapiens and held various finance positions at Scitex Corporation Ltd. and Philip Morris, Inc. She is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Kornit Digital Ltd. (Nasdaq: KRNT) and Axilion Ltd (TASE: AILN); Director and Chairman of the Unified Audit/Compensation Committee of Savoreat (TASE: SVRT) and former Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of SodaStream Ltd., Ellomay Capital and of Nova Measuring Instruments. Lauri holds an MBA from New York University, a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed Wharton"s AI for Business course and the Harvard Agribusiness seminar.
