Ili Cohen

Ili Cohen brings a long track record of hands-on investment and M&A execution, from growth strategy planning to deal execution. He has led over $1B worth of acquisitions, investments and growth initiatives. Ili is a partner at leading Israeli fund Magma VC and a Managing Director at Israeli investment banking and growth strategy firm Synergy Capital. Previously, Ili headed Corporate M&A and Strategy for some of Israel’s leading technology firms, Comverse Technology (NASDAQ: CMVT) and Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ: GILT). Prior to that, Ili worked in strategy consulting with a number of local and global Fortune 500 firms, including Coca Cola and Monsanto in the US, as well as Teva Pharmaceuticals, Pelephone, Tower Semiconductor and some of the leading financial services firms in Israel. At Magma, Ili serves as a Director on the Board of Nipendo, WireX and AllSeated.
