Guy Fischer

Former Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO of Migdal Insurance Company, responsible for managing Israel’s largest institutional portfolio with an AUM of USD$100 Billion. Under Guy, Migdal was strategically leading Israel's institutional investor community across Fixed Income, Credit, Equities, Infrastructure, Technology, Alternative Investments and Real Estate. In his capacity as CIO, Guy also led the planning and implementation of Migdal becoming Israel’s first ESG compliant money manager as well as running their Next Generation Finance (Fintech) fund with $1.5 Billion in planed allocation. Prior to his Migdal role, Guy was the CIO of an innovative Private Equity firm, Homecourt Capital. Guy also worked for more than a decade in Bank Leumi, where he was the Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Head of their Capital Markets Division. He also served as the Head of Fixed Income Trading and Derivatives, where he led his team to becoming the global market leader as a primary dealer in ILS government bonds and the market leader in ILS fixed income derivatives. Guy graduated from Tel-Aviv University with degrees in Mathematics, Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
