Oversaw 3 corporate investments in private game studios and 2 corporate investments in venture funds. Lead financial executive on Tencent’s $126 million strategic investment in Glu. Investment at 22% premium to prior 30 day average price. • Board and Advisory: 13 years as lead internal executive for Glu Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
