Together with his extensive team of passionate specialists, Aviv is reimagining the 900+ billion dollar dairy category with a disruptive non-animal dairy protein that is poised to change the way consumers think about and enjoy dairy. A proven and trusted leader, he is no stranger to setting ambitious goals or solving complex problems. Aviv launched several social and business initiatives including a cyber technology startup. Prior to entering the private sector, Aviv served as an officer in an elite military unit, where he spent eight years directing complex operation systems, recruiting, training, and overseeing specialized teams and initiatives. Aviv is the recipient of several innovation awards and recognition including Forbes’ 30 Under 30 innovative leadership award and Globes’ 40 Under 40 award in the sustainability innovation category.
