Avital Sincai

Avital co-founded and heads as the COO in Cydome. Avital is an entrepreneur with international experience in the tech startup lifecycle, including building companies, raising funds, and launching new technologies to the market. Former co-founder and CEO at Menri Group Ltd., former Co-founder, and CEO at the Spark Accelerator. With over a decade of experience in commercial and M&A transactions and legal representations. With founding Menri Group Ltd. and acting as CEO, Avital aimed for the development of a new treatment for cancer with all raising funds, building professional research team and more to navigate the company to sucess. Avital also Founded together with Maalot an Accelerator for High Tech startups in the Western Galil- The Spark. Avital was a partner and headed the High Tech and intellectual property (IP) practice at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. Avital acted as counsel for major M&A transactions in the High Tech area representing local Start Up companies as well as multinationals. Avital was elected by Geektime as one of the influencing people in 2015 for its work. Avital also headed as the Intellectual Property manager of SNE IP which was elected by the government to manage and commercialize the intellectual property of all colleges institutes in Israel. Avital Lectures in colleges and academic institutions, accelerators and acts as a mentor to startups and as a judge in competitions.
