An accomplished healthcare and technology entrepreneur whose work has focused on bridging the gap between technology, business, and social needs. Working in the digital health & wellness space, aging industries, and eCommerce marketplaces, Avi has successfully built and scaled companies that address big problems, while delivering a positive social impact that can scale. In his latest venture, Avi co-founded Uniper Care, a social engagement digital platform for older adult consumers susceptible to loneliness and isolation. He served as the company’s General Manager in North America and chief operating officer. Prior to Uniper Care, Avi was the founder and chief executive officer of Peakardo, a social eCommerce marketplace, that connects independent small businesses to their customers in the publishing industry.
