Amir Orad

Amir Orad is a serial CEO and AI/analytics, Cyber and FinTech veteran. With repeat track record of building and scaling tech companies he has led two (Sisense & Actimize) to industry prominence, scaling 10-20 fold, achieving 9-figure revenues, profitability and market leadership as well as co-founded a third (Cyota). Amir is the chairman of analytics leader Sisense, and has been the CEO for eight years prior. Under his CEO leadership, Sisense revenue grew 17X to approximately $150M, transitioned to a native cloud SaaS offering, and achieved profitability. Sisense is serving thousands of customers such as GE, UiPath, ZoomInfo, Seismic, Nasdaq and others, and has been recognized as a Visionary/Leader by Gartner, G2 Crowd and Forrester. Before Sisense, Orad was the CEO of NICE Actimize the financial crime analytics leader, monitoring billions of transactions for fraud and organized crime at the world’s top financial institutions. Orad led the company’s business 10x growth to a $200M revenue run rate, over 25% operating income, and the company transition to a SaaS / Subscription business. Earlier, he was the co-founder and EVP Product of Cyota, a cybersecurity and authentication cloud company that invented the Risk Based Authentication process and safeguarded over 100 million online users, resulting in its acquisition by RSA Security. Orad has proven experience in mergers and acquisitions and has led four acquisition and their successful integration over the past 20 years. In addition to these roles, Amir served as chairman/board at companies such as Generative AI AnyWord, eCommerce leader Yotpo, Healthtech fertility AI Ava and Fintech BillGuard. Orad started his career as a techie, gaining expertise in areas like data mining, security, robotics, and communication. He holds several patents and is frequently quoted as an industry thought leader in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Washington Post, CNBC, BBC, and more. Based in New York, he earned his MBA from Columbia University and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University. He has received various accolades, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year, top 50 SaaS CEO and Goldman Sachs' 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs.
