Amir has Been active with over 25 companies as a founder, investor, board member, executive and consultant in different fields such as Food Tech, Healthcare and Clean Tech. Over his career, Amir has led companies from inception through R&D and regulatory approval to distribution and sales, and from seed investments through several rounds of Venture Capital investment to IPO and M&A. Amir served as CEO of several investment firms (Gefen Biomed Ventures (TASE: GEFEN), Micromedic (TASE:MCTC), and Biolight Investments (OTCQX: BLGTY)), CEO of two Technological Incubators (Meytav & ATI), a Partner at a Venture Capital fund and a Board Member in many portfolio companies. Amir is a father of four, husband, wine maker, carpenter and a skipper.
