Hey, if you need a massive amount of handholding by a broker, the problem may not be with the EXP I’ve been with major franchises and the brokerage supports almost nil

I do agree exp is not perfect, but they are very agent centric and forward thinking. I get a hold of my broker at exp sooo much faster than I did at my Berkshire Hathaway brick and mortar.

Ive considered leaving so many times, but then Im like "is the brokerage really responsible for an agents success or the agent it's self" ??

Where is the live training anymore, everything is gone now

Brokers never answer phones on the weekend, I am jumping ship

My Biggest Concern with "Virtual" Brokers is the FACT that Newer Agents are Running Around really without any Supervision...maybe OK for "traditional" sales but for Contracts with Issues...well...neither Sellers nor Buyers will be happy whe…more

What people need to understand is that if they join exp under a sponsor, they are stuck with them even if the business relationship turns out to be incompatible unless the agent leaves the company and comes back after a year.

I should’ve never left EXP… in my defense, Nashville TN didn’t really have teams within EXP. So I felt alone. Now that I’m seeing more people from my area tap into EXP. I think this is my year.

YET SADLY its still BETTER than my brokerage but not by much fee wise. But any business model that over incentivize agents to recruit rather than provide quality customer service is bound to implode

eXp is a good fit for established “enough” agents

Hi, I recently had an EXP agent come by my place....If I use EXP to sell a property here in Canada what type of things should I be hesitant about or lookout for? Compared to a more common brokerage.

My second month in Real Estate, I joined EXP Realty and it has so much to offer, kvcore and the trainings they offer on EXP world are second to none. Definitely surpassed my EXPectations 💪🏻

New Date Format

Is there any way we can change the date format back to normal, today is 10/1/26 not 1/10/26 it makes it very confusing when viewing data or deciphering dates. This just changed in the new app format which I’m also not a fan of…

Can’t even get it to open

I just got the app today. I was on it earlier but now I can’t get it to open at all.

So far so good

I’ve had this app since it launched and it’s growing in functions for the agents.

I can’t find any of the links we used to access to OKTA and other links and they are all gone
