Safe Pro Group Secures $8M for AI Defense Solutions

Safe Pro Group, a leader in AI-powered defense and security solutions, closed an $8 million private placement. Drone industry leaders Ondas Holdings and Unusual Machines led the strategic investment. This funding includes the sale of 2,000,000 common stock shares at $4.00 each.

Warrants for 2,000,000 shares at $6.00 each could raise the total investment to $20 million. Safe Pro Group plans to commercialize its patented AI technologies.

Advancing AI-Powered Threat Detection

The company will utilize proceeds for Safe Pro Object Threat Detection (SPOTD) and the new Navigation Observation Detection Engine (NODE). Funds will also support working capital. Safe Pro Group leverages drone technology with proprietary machine learning to identify explosive threats. This offers a safer alternative to traditional human analysis.

Safe Pro Group's cloud-based platform, powered by AWS, targets government, law enforcement, and humanitarian sectors. Its artificial intelligence software enhances situational awareness for various applications. Competitors like Skydio and Anduril also develop advanced defense solutions.
