Warrants for 2,000,000 shares at $6.00 each could raise the total investment to $20 million. Safe Pro Group plans to commercialize its patented AI technologies.
Advancing AI-Powered Threat Detection
The company will utilize proceeds for Safe Pro Object Threat Detection (SPOTD) and the new Navigation Observation Detection Engine (NODE). Funds will also support working capital. Safe Pro Group leverages drone technology with proprietary machine learning to identify explosive threats. This offers a safer alternative to traditional human analysis.
