Web security company Reflectiz has raised $22 million in new funding. The Series B funding round was led by Fulcrum Equity Partners. Capri Ventures, YYM Ventures, and AFG Venture Group also participated.
The company will use the capital to expand its web exposure management platform.
Reflectiz helps organizations secure their websites from third-party and open-source risks. It focuses on client-side components like scripts, tags, and external services. These elements create a large attack surface outside of a company's direct control. The platform uses an agentless model that requires no code installation. It provides continuous monitoring of all assets in a site's digital supply chain. This approach maps every first, second, and even fourth-party element on a website. Reflectiz uses artificial intelligence and automated code analysis to identify threats. It can de-obfuscate suspicious JavaScript and detect hidden data flows to prioritize risks. For example, the system can spot when a tracking pixel behaves abnormally or a script sends user data to an unknown domain. The platform also helps companies meet compliance standards like PCI DSS 4.0.
