The system, now live at full scale, integrates support for Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy, handling common customer service tasks like order tracking, returns, and gift cards across web, mobile, and voice channels.
The deployment aims to offload routine inquiries, allowing Gap's human customer experience teams to pivot toward more complex, high-leverage customer interactions.
