Paris-based Freeda has raised €3.4 million for its AI platform. The technology finds hidden errors in construction plans. Inconsistencies in building plans cause major project delays. These issues account for about 70 percent of delays before construction starts. Such delays are expensive. They cost project owners more than €100,000 each month. Freeda developed a plan-intelligence platform to solve this problem. It combines artificial intelligence with the knowledge of field experts. This approach industrializes the verification process. The platform identifies plan errors within 48 hours. Manual checks on the same project typically take over 100 hours. This speed helps teams avoid redesigns and control budgets. It also frees them to focus on more creative work. The funding round was led by Frst. Brick & Mortar Ventures also participated in the investment. Freeda will use the funds to expand its team. It will also adapt its platform for international standards in the US, UK, and Middle East. The company aims to analyze one million plans by 2026.
