Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman raised a $70M follow-on round — $65M in primary equity and $5M in debt — at a $365M valuation, about 3x its $120M valuation in 2023. The round was backed by Qualcomm Ventures, U.S. diagnostics giant Labcorp, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners and Alteria Capital. Targeting a $200M annual revenue run rate by January 2027, the company plans to use the funds to co-develop a new Qualcomm-powered smart ring that runs software and algorithms on-device for AI interactions and games, reducing reliance on phones/cloud, while continuing to use Nordic Semiconductor chips alongside Qualcomm silicon.
