Solidroad has secured $25 million in Series A funding, led by Hedosophia, to expand its AI platform for customer conversation analysis. This follows a seed round in June and will be used to grow teams in San Francisco and Dublin. The company, which launched in 2023 and has scored millions of interactions, aims to further its leadership in customer support quality assurance.
