Pivot, an AI-powered procurement and finance platform founded in 2023, has secured $40 million in a Series B round led by Forestay Capital and Notion Capital, bringing its total funding to $70 million. The company, which processes approximately $3 billion in invoices annually across over 25 countries, will use the funds to enhance its AI capabilities, expand into new markets, and deepen ERP integrations. Notable customers include DoorDash, Lemonade, and Flix.
