Modus, an AI-native audit technology platform, has secured $85 million in combined Seed and Series A funding. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Comma Capital and Garry Tan. This capital will fuel Modus's technology development and its strategy of investing in and partnering with audit-focused accounting firms.
