Swiss startup Minysa has raised €163,000 (CHF150,000) in its first funding round from Venture Kick to develop its gallium nitride (GaN) control chips. This pre-seed funding will accelerate the development of their GaN gate-driver ASICs, targeting the European space power electronics market. Minysa has already secured a pipeline including four space industry customers and two ESA-funded programs.
