London-based inploi has secured €3.4 million in a follow-on funding round led by YFM Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors. The capital will fuel expansion into the US market and accelerate the development of AI-driven hiring assistants, building on its success with over 30 enterprise clients, including Compass Group and PureGym, who have utilized the platform for millions of job applications.
