SupportLogic, a leader in Support Experience (SX) management and post-sales CX observability, has has acquired xFind, an Israeli startup offering Precision-Guided Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technology.
The acquisition plans to integrate xFind’s advanced technology into SupportLogic’s SX management platform, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of customer support responses.
xFind’s technology allows support teams to reduce response times, streamline troubleshooting, enhance issue resolution accuracy, and elevate overall customer support experiences. By leveraging Precision-Guided RAG, SupportLogic can now deliver instant, precise answers to complex technical queries, transforming how customer support is managed and executed.
RAG technology addresses this gap by combining proprietary organizational data with public data available through LLMs. Despite its potential, the common RAG architecture faces challenges such as poor answer accuracy, lengthy training times, and high maintenance costs.
xFind overcomes these challenges with its Precision-Guided RAG architecture, offering accurate answers for complex, domain-specific queries. In benchmark tests against OpenAI’s ADA model, xFind demonstrated 44% fewer incorrect answers and 15% more correct answers in technical domains like customer support.
xFind was founded in 2018 by Sariel Moshe, Gal Nachum and Aviv Zaken. The startup raised $3 million in seed funding last year from Peregrine Ventures, Sarona Ventures and the Israel Innovation Authority.
