London's Unmind Secures €30.6M for Workplace Mental Health AI

London-based Unmind secured €30.6 million in a Series C funding round. TELUS Global Ventures led the investment. Project A, Felix Capital, and Sapphire Ventures also participated.

The capital will scale Unmind's workplace mental health AI platform for employees. Furthermore, Unmind offers a comprehensive workplace wellness solution. This includes AI support, therapy, coaching, and leadership training.

Scaling Ethical AI for Global Wellbeing

Unmind's core innovation, Nova, provides instant, personalized AI mental health support. Notably, Nova's usage increased 92% over six months. Its retention rates are three times higher than the industry average.

The funding accelerates global expansion, particularly in the United States.

Laura Moniz de Aragao joined Unmind as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously with BetterUp, she will lead US and EMEA commercial teams. Her role includes strengthening strategic partnerships, including those with TELUS Health.

Unmind's platform links employee mental health directly to business performance. Indeed, users report 10-15% productivity boosts after therapy. The company emphasizes ethical AI in healthcare practices for workplace mental health, complementing human care.
