Ivo, the AI-powered contract intelligence platform, is expanding its global footprint with new offices in London and New York. This move follows a period of significant growth, including a 600% increase in annual recurring revenue and a 250% rise in Fortune 500 adoption. The company plans to triple its headcount to 180 employees to support this expansion. This rapid adoption underscores the growing demand for advanced tools in the legal tech market, as companies seek to extract value from their agreements.
In the last twelve months, Ivo has also seen its customer base grow by 134%, onboarding major clients such as IBM, Uber, Shopify, and Reddit. The expansion into key commercial hubs aims to better serve global enterprises navigating complex regulatory environments. Engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams will staff the new locations, facilitating localized product development.
"It’s been an incredible past 12 months at Ivo, all testament to the robust team and platform we’ve built to serve in-house legal teams," said Min-Kyu Jung, CEO and co-founder of Ivo. "We are committed to being where customers are and building a team that will help them succeed."
Ivo's platform is designed to accelerate contract review, enabling teams to process agreements up to 75% faster. It provides real-time visibility across entire agreement portfolios, surfacing critical insights that were previously time-consuming to uncover. This positions Ivo as a key player in the evolution of how businesses manage their contracts, moving them from static documents to operational assets.
"Every key business relationship is defined by an agreement, yet most organizations struggle to surface the insights inside them," Jung added. "Our focus is to give in-house contracting teams unprecedented visibility into their agreements."
