Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow our clientele and partner list. This role involves being at the front of the company and contributing to growth and scaling of a Blockchain Cybersecurity company. The primary aim is boosting sales and establishing solid relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Forge a growth strategy that targets both financial success and customer satisfaction.
Research to uncover new markets and understand customer requirements.
Nurture existing relationships and explore new growth avenues.
Advocate for the company's offerings by addressing or anticipating client goals.
Regularly monitor industry trends and customer needs, and maintain ongoing communication with management and stakeholders to refine strategies.

Qualifications

Established track record in a business development, sales executive, or similar role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles within the blockchain sector.
Proven ability to build a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and expanding business opportunities.
Proactive in discovering new methods to identify growth prospects.
Responsible for forming strategic and value-driven relationships and partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
Capable of quickly grasping and presenting new products and technologies with a focus on their value.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Flexible to traveling for conferences.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
