Utah Capital Investment Corporation

Utah Capital Investment Corporation (UCIC) is a quasi-public nonprofit corporation that acts as the managing member of the Utah Fund of Funds, LLC. Its primary purpose is to increase the availability of alternative or non-traditional capital for Utah entrepreneurs by investing in venture capital and private equity funds that commit to establishing a working relationship with Utah's start-up and business community. The Utah Fund of Funds does not invest directly in companies but rather in other funds, both within and outside of Utah, that then invest in qualified companies.
