Zazume Undisclosed

Spanish proptech Zazume has secured €2.5 million in a new funding round led by Nordstar and GTV Capital, with participation from existing investors like Sabadell Venture Capital. This funding follows the company's achievement of financial break-even and will be used to acquire residential property management portfolios across Spain, aiming to grow from its current 3,500 managed properties to over 5,000 by year-end. The capital will also support sales and marketing efforts to expand its customer base and strengthen relationships with real estate agencies.
