Univé is an insurance company that is transforming its operations by prioritizing internal AI development. Instead of simply deploying AI tools, they are empowering their 1,500 employees to become custom AI tool builders, primarily using custom GPTs. This approach enables agentic workflows, where AI proactively prepares tasks and gathers data before human review, significantly speeding up processes like insurance claims. Their strategy focuses on building a competitive edge through the volume of employees skilled in AI development and customization, rather than solely relying on advanced tools.
