Town raised a $108.0M Series B at a unicorn valuation co-led by Forerunner Ventures and Menlo Ventures, a follow-on round just four months after its public launch and following a $55M Series A in June that brings total funding to at least $160M. The two-year-old, San Francisco-based startup founded by former Plaid CTO Jean-Denis Greze said it reached millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue within weeks of launch. Andreessen Horowitz, Serena Ventures and First Round Capital also participated in the round, which was announced alongside a new shared workflow that automatically updates its business AI assistants ("Townies") with new business information.
