The company disclosed no clients, revenue, or employee count, but cited peer-reviewed research showing clinicians using its platform saw a 29% reduction in admin time, a 30% improvement in job satisfaction and a 30% reduction in administrative stress, and claims it is the only AI medical assistant with scribe, coding assistant and clinical decision support each independently certified as Class IIa medical devices under the EU Medical Device Regulation. No specific use-of-funds breakdown was detailed, but the company said the capital will advance its AI-native clinic operating system for European healthcare, building on its January 2025 acquisition of Dutch AI scribe Juvoly to scale across Europe.
