StrollMe has secured €22 million (~$23.8M) in combined equity and debt in a follow-on financing where existing investors Hanse Ventures, HGDF, JOSS and business angel Kristina Schreiner reinvested alongside new equity investor BMH Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen mbH via its Hessen Kapital I fund, with a credit facility provided by Growth Credit Partners.
Founded in 2020 by Timon Beutel and Sebastian Reichelt and headquartered in Frankfurt, the company offers children's mobility on flexible subscription in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands — kids' bikes, strollers, car seats and accessories from Woom, Bugaboo, Doona, Nuna and Thule — and reports more than 100,000 rentals completed since founding under its circular model where products are refurbished for re-rental and later sold via sister brand Kiddly.
Proceeds will be used to significantly expand its fleet and subscription choice, support growth in existing markets, and lay the foundation for capital-efficient expansion into additional European countries.
