Saltz, a Vilnius-based digital marketplace connecting professional kitchens with food suppliers, has secured €20 million in Series A funding. The round was led by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and supported by Inovo, Lifeline Ventures, and Change Ventures. This capital will fuel Saltz's European expansion, technology development for cross-border food trade, and significant team growth.
