Roleo Seed · $3M raised · (2026)

Estonia-based AI career platform Roleo has raised €2.9 million ($3.1 million) in seed funding led by Baltic VC firm Practica Capital, with participation from Inventure. Founded in 2025 by Veriff co-founder Janer Gorohhov and former Wise engineer Vahur Hansen, this latest round brings the startup's total funding to €3.46 million. The company plans to use the capital to expand its operations across Europe, scaling its personal AI agent that automatically matches tech professionals with employers without requiring candidates to submit job applications.
