Otter.ai raised a $320M growth round from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund (CVF), a follow-on financing that dwarfs its prior $50M total raised since its founding nearly a decade ago, with its last round in 2021 per PitchBook. The meeting note-taking tool crossed $100M in ARR last year and has grown to 40 million lifetime users from 25 million a year ago, though it did not disclose updated ARR, monthly active users or churn. The non-dilutive CVF capital, which is repaid on returns from marketing spend, will fund enterprise growth, go-to-market strategy, international expansion and product innovation.
