OpenLaw has secured $3.3 million in seed funding, marking its first external capital raise, to expand its digital legal and notary infrastructure platform, beglaubigt.de. The company has already reduced company formation time in Germany from six to eight weeks down to three days, serving over 25,000 customers and partnering with 300 notary offices. The funds will support expansion into additional European markets, with notable investors including YouTube co-founder Jawed Karim (via Y Ventures) and Moonfire Ventures.
