UK-based Nous, which is developing an FCA-registered AI agent to automate household spending and admin tasks, has raised $17.0M in a follow-on funding round after its seed round. The round was led by Heartcore Capital alongside existing seed investor Mosaic Ventures, with participation from Chalfen Ventures, Joyance Partners and Bain Future Back Ventures plus angels associated with Monzo, GoCardless, Founders Factory, Faculty.ai and Onfido; no client, revenue, pipeline or employee count metrics were disclosed. The company will use the funds to expand internationally and broaden its platform into additional household spending categories and regulated activities including insurance and financial services, while adding new everyday task-management capabilities.
