Neonomics raised €3.55 million ($4.0 million) in a follow-on insider round from existing shareholders — participants undisclosed — bringing total private investment to over €44.39 million ($50 million) to date; disclosed investors include Newmark Capital, Bankify, FirstMark Capital and TTU Private Equity. The Oslo-based open finance platform, founded in 2017, connects via its PSD2 network to over 3,500 banks reaching more than 20 million Nordic consumers and reports an almost 50% reduction in operating costs under Interim CEO Alfonso Muñoz (appointed February 2026) alongside over 60% growth in new customer acquisition since the start of the year. The capital will be used to expand beyond Pay by Bank payments into data intelligence for consumer-facing financial services, personal finance, accounting/ERP, and workflows built around financial data via its Nello Data, Nello AI and Nello Pay suite.
