London-based AI-native trading firm IMMIX, which helps payment companies exchange stablecoins between currencies, raised €3.12M ($3.5M) in additional Seed funding from Crane Venture Partners, BTSE and Portfolio Ventures, following its initial €2.5M ($2.7M) Seed round in late 2023 led by MassMutual Ventures with Ripple Ventures. Founded by UCL Computer Science PhDs Dr. Andrew Mann and Dr. David Twomey — ex-Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Virtu Financial — the company has processed more than €22.3B ($25B) in customer trading volume since 2024 using a deep-learning model forecasting across 10,000+ instruments to collapse 3-4 leg non-dollar stablecoin FX conversions into a single principal-priced transaction. The company did not disclose a specific use of proceeds but said it aims to scale its AI-native infrastructure as the foundational layer for stablecoin payments beyond the dollar, inviting PSPs, money transfer operators, stablecoin issuers and trading venues to connect via RFQ, API streaming or public centralized and decentralized venues.
