Encord, a data infrastructure startup, has raised $60 million in Series C funding to accelerate the development of intelligent robots and drones. The company provides an automated data development platform that helps prepare complex multimodal data for training physical AI models, covering data management, curation, model evaluation, and annotation. The round was led by Wellington Management, with new investors Bright Pixel and Isomer Capital joining existing backers like Y Combinator.
