London-based AI recruitment platform Dex has secured $5.3 million in seed funding, led by Notion Capital with participation from Andreessen Horowitz's Speedrun programme and Concept Ventures. This round, bringing total funding to $8.4 million, will fuel product development and expansion into US tech hubs like New York and San Francisco. Dex's AI talent agent aims to improve job matching by understanding candidate motivations and facilitating direct introductions to employers.
