Daytona raised $60M in a Series B at a $1 billion valuation led by FirstMark, bringing total funding to $91M in a follow-on round that achieves unicorn status, with participation from angels Patrick Collison, Adam D'Angelo, Tobi Lütke, Olivier Pomel, Aravind Srinivas, Eric Yuan and Brendan Foody plus Alumni Ventures, Evergreen Fund, Okta Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Samsung Next and Torch Capital, while existing investors Pace Capital, Upfront Ventures and E2VC doubled, tripled and quadrupled their commitments respectively. The company, which provides secure, isolated cloud infrastructure for AI agents via a single API supporting Linux, Windows and macOS to customers including Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, Meta, Cohere, Cursor and Cognition, reported a 25-fold increase in revenue run rate between January and September, with clients such as Snorkel and Trajectory using the platform to reduce training and evaluation times. Proceeds will expand its agent cloud beyond the initial sandbox product, scale computing infrastructure, and grow its international team with hiring across San Francisco, Croatia and Singapore.
