BTRY AG is a Swiss deep-tech spin-off from Empa and ETH Zurich that develops and industrializes ultra-thin solid-state lithium-ion batteries. Their batteries offer fast charging (under one minute), high temperature stability (up to 150°C), intrinsic safety, and an extremely thin form factor, making them suitable for applications where conventional batteries are limited. The company utilizes semiconductor-style production methods for solvent-free, scalable manufacturing.
