Riyadh-based BRKZ raised $13M in Series B equity — the equity portion of a $31M package that includes $18M in growth debt from Stride Ventures under a $30M facility — in a follow-on round co-led by Wa'ed Ventures, the venture arm of Aramco, and 500 Global with participation from BECO Capital and ANB Capital (Anb Seed Fund). The procurement platform routes RFQs across 2,100 suppliers and 150 factories for 1,500+ contracting companies, having sold $133M (SAR 500M) in materials and processed $1.37B (SAR 5.13B) in RFQs since inception, powered by an AI pricing engine trained on ~40,000 RFQs that predicts within 5% of final price 84% to 89% of the time and delivery agent Nusa that automates 75% of bulk-cement orders from WhatsApp photos. Equity proceeds will fund product development and expansion of its AI pricing and delivery agents across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, while the debt supports working capital and flexible payment terms for customers.
