Edinburgh- and Boston-based rehabilitation tech startup Bioliberty has secured a €2.95 million ($3.3 million) Series A extension, bringing its total funding to date to €12.07 million ($13.5 million). The follow-on round was backed by four new institutional investors: TGH Ventures, Ballad Ventures, Whiterock, and 25m Health. Following the 2025 US commercial launch of its FDA-listed soft-robotic devices—which cut therapy setup times to under five minutes—Bioliberty will use the capital to expand its platform into home settings, integrate patient data across care environments, and enhance its AI capabilities.
