Bayshore Seed · $8M raised · (2026)

Bayshore, an AI platform for legal and compliance tasks, has secured €6.9 million ($8 million) in Seed funding, marking its exit from stealth mode. The round was led by Earlybird Venture Capital, with participation from Lucid Capital and others. This capital will be used to expand the company's agentic AI platform, which aims to automate and auditable legal and compliance processes, shortening review cycles from months to days.
