BAND, an AI interaction infrastructure startup, has secured $17 million in Seed funding to build a "Slack for agents." This funding round represents the company's first public announcement and exit from stealth. The capital will be used to develop a deterministic communication layer enabling AI agents to collaborate across different frameworks and clouds, moving towards an "agentic economy."
