Barcelona-based FashionTech Artiso raised more than €3M (~$3.2M) in a fully-equity pre-Seed round, its first institutional round since being founded in 2025 by former Mango executives Sarah Iglesias Hiller (CEO), Lucas Pastur Romay (CPO) and Matthias Brenninkmeijer (CTO) and emerging from stealth in July 2025. Criteria Venture Tech led the round, with participation from Swanlaab Venture Factory and Bynd Venture Capital, alongside angels David Tomás, co-founder of Cyberclick, and Nicolaj Reffstrup, founder and former CEO of GANNI via Look Up Ventures. The company is building an AI operating system for fashion teams that connects inspiration, design, product development and pre-production — including tech packs, styling and campaign imagery — on top of a brand-specific memory/ontology; the announcement disclosed no client, revenue, pipeline or employee-count metrics and did not specify use of proceeds or expansion plans.
