Alesi Surgical has secured £7 million in a follow-on funding round led by IW Capital, with participation from existing investors IP Group and Mercia Ventures. This capital will fuel international commercial expansion and further development of their Ultravision2 platform, which has already been used in over 50,000 procedures and removes surgical smoke up to 225 times faster than competing technologies. The funding aims to capitalize on growing regulatory momentum for smoke-free operating theatres globally.
