1nhaler Follow-on

Scotland-based drug delivery device developer 1nhaler has secured £2.2 million ($2.8 million) in follow-on funding led by Archangels, alongside Scottish Enterprise and BBB Investments. The capital will support the late-stage development of its credit-card-sized, cardboard dry powder inhaler, funding technical transfer to contract manufacturing and a small clinical trial for its lead asthma product, 1nhaler Salbutamol. Additionally, the startup will use the funds to conduct a commercial scale-up engineering study with Harro Höfliger as it targets regulatory filing for late 2027.
