Google Cloud
A suite of cloud computing services offered by Google, providing infrastructure, data analytics, and machine learning.
Google Calendar
A time-management, scheduling, and organization web application developed by Google.

The tool integrates with a user's inbox and calendar. Instead of using links like competitors such as Calendly, users CC the assistant's email address into a conversation. The AI then reads the thread, understands the scheduling intent, and proposes suitable times based on calendar availability.

This approach eliminates the need for separate dashboards or logins.

Conversational AI for Calendar Management

Meet-Ting’s AI scheduling assistant currently works with Google Calendar, with Microsoft Outlook integration planned for the future. After proposing times, the tool handles sending the final calendar invitations. This process is designed to be more fluid than automated organizers like Clockwise, adapting to conversational changes.

The company was founded in 2025 by Dan Bulteel, a former executive at TikTok and adidas, in partnership with the venture studio Cocreatd. The startup is also part of the Google AI Startup Program, receiving credits for Google Cloud and Gemini infrastructure. Consequently, the platform is built using Google’s Gemini AI. The company joins a growing list of AI startups attracting early-stage investment.

Meet-Ting is now rolling out a closed beta, with a waitlist available on its website. Future development plans include adding persistent memory, which will allow the AI to learn user preferences for more personalized scheduling.
